Rubix Kube

The 80’s are back with Rubix Kube!  The band has taken NYC by storm and if they keep returning to Penn’s Peak like this, they are going to take PA by storm as well!  Rubix Kube is more than just a cover band; they are The Premiere 80’s Tribute Band.  Totally decked out in their 80’s attire, Cherie Martorana and Scott Lovelady lead the band, along with Eric Presti, David Z., Drew Mortali, Sky, John LaSpina and Michael Maenza.  This band will take you back to the time of mini skirts, leg warmers and valley girls.  Rubix Kube performs the pop and rock hits from the 80’s that make the crowds bust a move!  The male and female dynamic duo that lead Rubix Kube are able to transform, in the blink of an eye, into the voice and character of any 80’s icon.  If you do not have your 80’s attire tucked away in that bin in the back of the attic, then get to your local thrift shop and start picking!!  You do not want to be the only one not “dressed” for the occasion, do you???

Bayside Tigers

Graduates of the Berklee College of Music, Danny, Alex and Nat are bringing the timeless, unforgettable hits of the 90’s to all the crazed fans out there.  Once these three got together, they each amassed their own separate list of favorite songs.  After going over each other’s lists, they soon realized they had quite an arsenal of hits that they were more than willing to unleash upon their soon to be legions of fans.  Since that beginning, they have honed their skills and even expanded their repertoire, all the while playing at a variety of bars, pubs and house parties all over the NYC area.  Whatever it took to get their name out there, they were willing to do it.  Their next big move was showcasing an extensive wardrobe of 90’s inspired outfits, which gelled well with the 20-something crowds they were performing to on a nightly basis.  They were performing at such nostalgic hangouts as the Gramercy Theatre, the Bell House, Webster Hall and the Mercury Lounge.  The Bayside Tigers have even been known to allow a few well-known 90’s icons up on stage with them….you never know who may show up!
