Celebrate Christmas with Travis Tritt at Penn’s Peak!!
Travis Tritt fell in love with music as a child and taught himself how to play guitar at the age of 8 and was writing songs by the age of 14. His parents were not convinced of his desire for a musical career, but with Travis’ staunch determination, he proved to them that he could achieve success. It was 1982 when Travis was recording a demo tape at a private studio that a Warner Brothers executive took Travis under his wing. Travis worked with Danny Davenport while also honing his country rock/Southern rock sound on the honky tonk circuit. It all paid off in the end though, his debut album, Country Club, appeared on the shelves in the spring of 1990. The single of the same name preceded it and became a Top 10 hit. He hit #1 and #2 respectively with his next two singles, “Help Me Hold On” and “I’m Gonna Be Somebody.” Multiplatinum success came with his second album release, 1991’s It’s All About To Change. This hits and the success kept coming and he began winning awards for his amazing music. He just wrapped up production for a movie called Fishers of Men and he’s already right back out there on tour. Don’t get yourself in T-R-O-U-B-L-E, make sure you show up on November 30th for a little Christmas with Travis at Penn’s Peak!!
