SNEAK PEAK CLUB EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS

1. Term: Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a membership kit that includes your membership card. Your benefits extend one year from date of payment. Member benefits are not transferable. Please allow 24-48 hours for membership processing. All club orders are processed Monday through Friday between 10am & 6pm.
2. General: All venue security rules apply. Violation of venue rules may result in revocation of membership without refund. Venue rules are posted at the facility and at www.pennspeak.com . Membership privileges apply only to national acts booked by Penn's Peak. Some benefits, such as priority seating and same seats, will not apply to general admission shows. We reserve the right to limit the number of memberships in each category and to modify the benefits at any time. Member benefits are not transferable.
3. Premium Notification of Shows: We will use reasonable efforts to provide members with notice of national acts shortly after we have confirmation from the act of the date. Forms of notification include email notices and public posts on social media.
4. Advance purchase of tickets before public: In general, tickets go on sale to the general public 8-10 weeks before an event. Show announcement timelines are often dictated to us by the artist's management and not always a Penn's Peak decision. When possible, club members will be given the opportunity to buy premium tickets at least a week in advance, as defined below, through the Sneak Peak Club coordinator. Members must pay for tickets by credit card or cash within 72 hours after the show announcement or prior to the on-sale date if announcement is made less than 72 hours before the on-sale to the general public. Mailing and facility charges will apply. Ticket request should be sent to spc@pennspeak.com. The request will be entered into a traceable ticket system and will be processed by a member of our SPC team. Members should refrain from sending multiple messages and phone calls unless it is less than 24 hours before the public on-sale. All orders will be processed by membership level. To ensure the best possible seating, members should select "best possible seating" when ordering via our online ticket request form. If specific seats are requested, orders will be processed after all other members orders have been completed. Member benefits are not transferable.
5. Premium tickets: For each reserved seating national act, we will set aside some of the best seats in the house for availability for sale to members. The location of these seats may vary from show to show depending upon the seating configuration or specific artist holds or requests. The premium seats will always be in the front center section of the concert hall and may possibly include rail seats. The seats will be available to members on a first come, first served basis. After the exclusive club member period ends, unsold premium tickets will be released for sale to the general public.
6. Special ticket promotions: Throughout the year, we will make available various ticket offers for selected shows; i.e. discounts on ticket prices. Member benefits are not transferable.
7. Discount on merchandise (varies by membership level): Present your Sneak Peak membership card to receive a discount on merchandise purchases at the No Peaking gift shop. We reserve the right to exclude certain items including sale items and food from the discount program. Member benefits are not transferable.
8. Private Penn's Peak tour: Members with Headliner privileges may contact the Sneak Peak coordinator to schedule a private tour of Penn's Peak for the member and up to five guests. Member benefits are not transferable.
9. Rental priority: We receive many requests to reserve Penn's Peak for weddings, banquets, private parties, etc. when the building isn't being used for concerts. Members will receive priority over non-members in the event of conflicts on hall rental. Mmeber benefits are not transferable.
10. Luxury Suite Rental Priority: Members have the first opportunity to rent our private luxury suite for concert events. Requests made prior to the on-sale date will be granted in order of membership level starting with Headliner members. Member benefits are not transferable.
11. Priority seating: For national act general admission shows, Sneak Peak club members will be granted early access to the venue via the VIP enterance. Seats will be reserved for Headliner members until approximately thrity minutes before the scheduled show starts when they will be released to the general public. Member benefits are not transferable.
12. Opportunity for same seats: Anytime after you receive your Headliner membership card, you may contact the Penn's Peak Sneak Peak coordinator and identify "your seats" for national acts reserve seating shows. Up to four seats will be set aside for you for the first three days (72 hours) of club member on-sale time for all national acts. If you do not purchase tickets for these seats within that time frame, the seats will be released first to other members and then to the general public on the general public on sale date. Selecting the seats, in the first instance, is on a first come, first served basis among Headliner members.
13. Meet and greet VIP gatherings: Members with Headliner privileges are eligible for meet and greet invitations. Throughout the year, some, but not all, artists allow Penn's Peak a limited number of passes to meet the artist. In most instances, we do not know which artists permit meet and greets until the day of the show. Headliner members in attendance for a meet and greet show will be invited to meet the artist. If we have more Headliner members in attendance than we have available passes, members will be selected from the list on a rotating basis. Member benefits are not transferable.
14. Sneak Peak Club members may enjoy the benefit of expedited admission to the venue on event nights through our designated VIP entrance. Members may use the VIP entrance with other members in their party equal to the quantity of tickets permitted to be purchased prior to public on sale per your membership level. Members will need to present their valid SPC membership card to use the VIP entrance. No exceptions. Member benefits are not transferable. If additional tickets have been purchased, guests can pick their tickets up at will call through the main doors.
15. Sneak Peak Club Lounge Access: Members may bring in the following number in thier party for VIP lounge access - Headliners (8), Roaides (6), Stagehands (4) and Groupies (2). The party is inclusive of the SPC member. We welcome you to bring yourself and you guest(s) to the SPC Lounge entrance door and bring the appropriate amount of guests according to your membership. The Lounge will open one hour prior to the advertised door opening time. Once capacity is reached, remaining members will enter through the VIP door when it opens. Members that do not gain entry to the lounge prior to the general public doors opening will still have access to the lounge throughout the event.
16. Roadies Reservations: Club members may book dinner reservations for Roadies Restaurant and Bar. Reservations must be made more than 24 hours in advance by emailing spc@pennspeak.com. Day of show reservations are not guaranteed.
17. Balcony Rail Seating Ticket Exchange: Headliner and Roadies members may exchange their tickets for upstairs balcony rail seating if the seating is made available after the on-sale to the general public. Members must state when purchasing original tickets that they wish to be contacted if the upstairs rails are made available.
18. PEAK POINTS reward program: 1 point is earned for every $1.00 spent on ticket purchases made prior to the public on-sale date. 20 points are equivalent to $1.00 that can be used towards future ticket purchases. Points do not expire as long as there is not a lapse in membership. When a member renews, they receive the cost of their membership in points as a bonus. Point redemption allowance can vary per show. Peak Points are only earned on tickets purchased prior to public on sale for the quantity permitted per your membership level. Peak Points may be redeemed on ticket purchases before or after the public on-sale date. Restrictions apply.
19. Abuse of Privileges: Penn's Peak reserves the right to terminate a membership if it is determined that a member regularly abuses or attempts to abuse membership benefits. Examples may include any attempt at transferring a member benefit to someone other than the card carrying member, frequently purchasing tickets for the purpose of reselling on 3rd party platforms, habitually trying to circumnavigate established SPC policies and protocols, etc.
20. Penn's Peak reserves the right to update or modify member benefits at any time.
