SNEAK PEAK CLUB EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS

Term: Upon receipt of your payment, we will send you a Membership kit that includes your membership card. Your benefits begin on the first of the month after we receive your payment and end one year from that date.
General: All venue security rules apply. Violation of venue rules may result in revocation of membership without refund. Venue rules are posted at the facility and at www.pennspeak.com . Membership privileges apply only to national acts booked by Penn's Peak. Some benefits, such as priority seating and same seats, will not apply to general admission shows. We reserve the right to limit the number of Memberships in each category and to modify the benefits at any time. Member benefits are not transferable.
Advance Notification of Shows: We will use reasonable efforts to provide members with notice of National Acts shortly after we have confirmation from the Act of the date. We plan to email notices to members who provide us with email addresses. If you do not have email, we will mail you notices through regular U.S. mail. This may delay your receipt of notice.
Advance Purchase of Tickets Before Public: In general, Tickets go on sale to the General Public six weeks before an event. At least one week prior to the General Public On Sale Date, we will give club members the opportunity to buy Premium Tickets, as defined below, through the Sneak Peak Club Coordinator. Members must pay for tickets by credit card or cash at the box office prior to the Public On Sale Date. Mailing and facility charges will apply.
Premium Tickets: For each Reserved Seating National Show, we will set aside some of the best seats in the house for availability for sale to Members. The location of these seats may vary from show to show depending upon the seating configuration. The premium seats will always be in the front center section of the concert hall and may include rail seats. The seats will be available to members on a first come, first served basis. After the Exclusive Club member period ends, unsold Premium Tickets will be released for sale to the General Public.
Special Ticket Promotions: Throughout the year, we will make available various ticket offers for selected shows; i.e. discounts on ticket prices.
10% off Merchandise in Gift Shop: Using your Sneak Peak Membership card, you will receive 10% off Merchandise purchases at the No Peaking Gift Shop. We reserve the right to exclude certain items including sale items and food from the discount program.
VIP Mail List: Periodically, we will send you a Penn's Peak newsletter with artist information and other facility information.
Premium Parking Pass: With the purchase of Premium Tickets, Members with Roadie Membership benefits and above will be mailed one reserved parking space pass with the tickets. The pass will be valid for the night of the show only. Location of the parking space may vary from show to show. Parking spots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. We strongly recommend that members arrive at least 1/2 hour before show time to preserve their parking space.
Private Penn's Peak Tour: Members with Opening Act and Headliner privileges may contact the Sneak Peak Coordinator to schedule a private tour of Penn's Peak for the Member and up to five guests.
Rental Priority: We receive many requests to reserve Penn's Peak for weddings, banquets, private parties, etc. when the building isn't being used for concerts. Members will receive priority over non-members in the event of conflicts on hall rental.
Restaurant Reservations: Normally, we do not accept reservations on show nights for parties less than 10. For Headliner members, we do. Limited to up to 15 people.
Priority Seating: For National Act General Admission shows, we will rope off a section of seats to reserve them exclusively for Headliner Club members. The seats will be reserved until approximately thirty minutes before the scheduled show starts when they will be released to the general public.
Opportunity for Same Seats: Anytime after you receive your Headliner membership card, you may contact the Penn's Peak Sneak Peak coordinator and identify "your seats" for National Acts Reserve Seating Shows. Up to four seats will be set aside for you for the first three days of Club Member on sale time for all national acts. If you do not purchase tickets for these seats within that time frame, the seats will be released first to other Members and then to the General Public on the General Public On Sale Date. Selecting the seats, in the first instance, is on a first come, first served basis among Headliner members.
Meet and Greet VIP Gatherings: Members with Headliner privileges are eligible for Meet and Greet invitations. Throughout the year, some, but not all, artists allow Penn's Peak a limited number of passes to meet the artist. In most instances, we do not know which artists permit meet and greets until the day of the show. Headliner members in attendance for a meet and greet show will be invited to meet the artist. If we have more Headliner Members in attendance than we have available passes, Members will be selected from the list on a rotating basis.
