COVID-19 WARNING

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending a Penn’s Peak event will not be exposed to COVID-19.

ATTENDEE PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All attendees agree to follow venue policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the venue. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the event. By entering the venue, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local (where you live and Jim Thorpe area) quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine and isolation guidelines, available at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/if-you-are-sick/quarantine.html. If you are unable or unwilling to assume all risks, do not purchase or accept a ticket and do not enter the premises.

What health and safety precautions are you taking?

Your health and safety remain our top priority, and we continue to monitor the evolving health regulations. At this time, we are not requiring proof of vaccinations or a negative Covid test to enter. The CDC recommends wearing masks indoors but it is not mandatory at Penn’s Peak. If any changes are made to this policy, we will post on our Facebook page and website. We will also send an email to our distribution list. If you are not on our email list and would like to join, text PENNSPEAK (all one word) to 22828.

As a general rule, tickets for any show will be available to the public on Ticketmaster at least six weeks before the show date. Sometimes a show will be scheduled less than six weeks prior to the show date. In that case, the tickets will be placed on sale as soon as the show is announced.

At Penn's Peak, we have a unique membership club called the "Sneak Peak Club". One of the many benefits of being a club member is the ability to purchase tickets prior to the general public on-sale date. We have a Sneak Peak Club coordinator available to take all ticket orders from club members.

Click here for more information about the club.

Unfortunately, by agreement, we are unable to conduct phone transactions for tickets. In order to avoid Ticketmaster charges, concert tickets can be purchased in person at the Penn's Peak Box Office or at Roadies Restaurant & Bar.

If you plan on seeing more than one show a year at Penn's Peak, you may want to consider our Membership Club. The Sneak Peak Club offers members the privilege of ordering via email or over the phone, while avoiding all Ticketmaster fees!

Penn's Peak generally has two types of shows: Reserved Seating and General Admission. For a general admission show, the seats are first come, first serve and you may sit anywhere!

To pick up "will call" tickets, you must present the credit card used to purchase the tickets and/or photo identification of the person in whose name the tickets are assigned.

As a general rule, the concert hall is opened 1 to 2 hours prior to show time. Many times the bands or opening acts will be performing sound checks before the show. The artist contracts require that the concert hall be closed to the public during sound check. Most times we will open the concert hall as soon as the artists have cleared the sound check.

We are seeking acts that are currently on tour through the northeast and will play our size (1600 seats) venues. If you have a suggestion for an act that you would like to see at Penn's Peak, please visit our home page, scroll to the bottom of the page and then click on the Request an Act link - once there you can request a favorite performer. All submissions are reviewed by our Booking Team.

For the comfort of all of our patrons and the long-term integrity of the vast amount of wood in the building, smoking is permitted only on the lower level deck. When weather permits, smoking is permitted on the upper level deck accessible through the restaurant.

All sales are final and there are no Refunds or Exchanges. If the Luxury Skyboxes are not rented for a show, you can upgrade your tickets to a Skybox seat. Please inquire at the ticket office to find out if an upgrade is available and the price of the upgrade.

Yes, Penn's Peak concerts are for all-ages unless clearly noted otherwise.

Camera use is at the discretion of the artist. While some artists allow picture and video taking, others do not. If you would like to bring a camera, please contact the box office to ask about specific artist's requests.

All press requests, including photography passes, should be directed to the band's management via their official websites.

While RV parking is available at Penn's Peak, it is only for the duration of the event. Unfortunately due to local ordinances overnight parking (or Camping) is not permitted. However, there are many local camping resorts in close proximity. Information can be found in the "Lodging and Attractions" section of our website.

Per the Department of Agriculture's guidelines, outside food and beverage is not permitted in the venue.
